Design Lab Controller broke and none of the links work

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue with the design lab controller. You can set up a repair for the controller on

Device support. Just follow the prompts to set the repair up. You will need to register your console. You can also view the guide for

design lab and regular controllers. If still having issues setting up a repair, you can request a call from support. This guide will get you to the correct options.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

I believe Design Lab controllers are sold through the Microsoft Store itself. You can contact them

via options on this page to see if you can get support from the store directly.

If you continue to have issues with the DL controller I would suggest setting up a repair order if it's still under warranty.

This worked for the standard controllers but does not work for the two design labs in question. The serial number from the design controllers says not recognized.

I take it you are trying to use the Xbox Design Lab? Try to contact support and say you're having trouble with the controller design lab. Or see if there is a support page/email/number on the controller design lab website.
