    Descaso da MS


    Comprei o jogo Prince of PErsia Forgotten Sands e simplesmente há diversos mapas faltando, o que interrompe a progressão. Já tentei vários canais de suporte mas simplesmente não existem, a ponto de ter que vir a um forum postar a reclamação. A MS acha que
    eu vou insistir e me matar por causa de R$ 49,00? Não. Vou simplesmente desbloquear o console. Apesar de tentarmos agir corretamente a MS faz questão que seus clientes ajam diferente. É assim desde a política de distribuição do Windows 3.1 pirata. A MS sempre
    foi uma empresa voltada a práticas antiéticas. Não seria agora diferente.

    ACREDITO QUE VÁRIOS USUÁRIOS SÃO IGUALMENTE VITIMAS DESSE DESCASO DE ERRO DE PROGRAMAÇÃO!!!

    Está complicado esta situação já entrei em contato com o suporte e nada estou consultando um advogado para processalos por quebra de contrato.Acrediti se todos nós entrarmos com a mesma ação obteremos melhores resultados.É um descaso para conosco estou frustrado
    com tal acontecimento.Peço encarecidamente mais atenção para com nossa pessoa senhores microsofters.....grato.

    Hi, have you tried deleting the game, and redownloading it, sometimes that can help fix the roblem. Also your issue is with Ubisoft, as they are the ones that developed and published the game.

    Translation: Hola, ¿Ha intentado borrar el juego y volver a descargar, a veces eso puede ayudar a solucionar el problema. También su problema es con Ubisoft, ya que son los que desarrolló y publicó el juego.

    Sure i did that. It was the first thing that i did. The problem is in the live repository. The source of the game is broke. I think it wil be crashed until substituted.

    vorab, ich arbeite nicht für MS und da dies ein Community Forum ist, liest auch niemand von MS deine Nachricht.

    Ich möchte aber sagen, das es sich bei der Email nicht um Werbung o.Ä. handelt.

    Es ist eine Mitteilung über eine Änderung der Geschäftsbedingungen. Da würde ich eher behaupten wollen, das MS, wie jede andere Firma auch, sogar verpflichtet ist, das ihren Kunden mitzuteilen.

    Und da es ja auch die Xbox App für den PC gibt, betrifft es halt auch MS Nutzer, die keine Xbox haben.

    Hoffe ich konnte dein Gemüt ein wenig.beruhigen. ! ^^

    It's extremely frustrating, this is the only achievement I'm missing and several friends, the worst is the neglect of Epic and now Microsoft is that not bother to continue / support the game that was completely abandoned.

    What should we do, we players who like to get all the achievements? appeal to anyone?

    This just makes me sad. disappointed.

    É extremamente frustante, esta é a única conquista que me falta e a vários amigos, o pior é o descaso da Epic e agora da Microsoft que nem se dá ao trabalho de dar continuidade / suporte ao jogo que ficou completamente abandonado.

    O que devemos fazer, nós jogadores que gostamos de obter TODAS as conquistas? para quem apelar?? Isso só me deixa triste. decepcionada.
