    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're console is acting as though you have a scratched disc even though you're using a digital download is that correct? If that is the case you may want to safely power
    down the console and unplug it from its power source for at least 2 minutes. Then turn it on and try again. Let us know with a reply how it goes.

    Intenta borrar el caché.
    Pon el dedo en el botón de inicio de la consola durante 10 segundos hasta que se apague.
    Luego espera otros 30 y vuelve a encenderlo.
    Después de intentar esto, reinstala el juego.

    Try to clear the cache. Put your finger on the console's Start button for 10 seconds until it turns off. Then wait another 30 and turn it back on. After trying this, reinstall the game. It might work for you:D.

    Hi! As far as I understand, you want to play your digital copy of Lego Star Wars 3 but it tells you to insert the disc? In this case it might help to perform a hard reset/power cycle: https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console
