    I just got on Black ops 2 and i was deranked for some reason last night I was prestige 9 level 55 now im just level 1 and also the modder made it to where I cant even play black ops 2 now cuz trid 8 times to get into a game but keeps freezing right off the
    bat and dashboarding me CAN I FIX THIS

    this is an email i got after i called activision regaurding my problem ( still unsolved )

    2nd lobby deranked..has he actually been deranked?..if he has he might be telling the truth..why would he go into a deranked lobby..if he hasnt been deranked..tough sh**t lol

    deranked 3 times lol..you would know what you should have done after the first time you got deranked.

    When you first get derank turn off your xbox then go back on it and the derank will not have saved
