    Deranked somehow


    I was a level 60 with all characters for some time now, but when I logged in today my level is a 1. Also the squad member names are changed. I've lost all my rank and my k/d went from 1.041 to 0.5. What's going on?

    I recently prestiged and I'm wondering if somehow I get deranked will that mean I lose all my unlocked guns/perks and will I be unable to search for matchmaking games?

    this is an email i got after i called activision regaurding my problem ( still unsolved )

    2nd lobby deranked..has he actually been deranked?..if he has he might be telling the truth..why would he go into a deranked lobby..if he hasnt been deranked..tough sh**t lol

    No. I never have boosted. I play a lot and I was a master prestige.

    I was playing yesterday leveled one of the characters to a 55 then stepped away for a half hour or so came back and I was back to a 50 where I started the morning playing.
