finally earned over 5000 reward points in October but 30th October came around and I still haven't been credited the cash amount . ive mentioned this to people and they have the same problem. ive spoken to microsofts call center and they said you'll sort
it out

When credits are deposited depends on when you get to 5,000. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th after you have at least 5,000 pending. So generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get
to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. So if you got to 5,000 during the last half of October, they should be deposited on the 10th (the first deposit this month).
