Hi team the xbox customer support referred me to you. My xbox live rewards that was deposited to my account on 03/08 of 18.85 was refunded back however my live rewards shows I don't have those points back I was wondering why that happened. I appreciate your
assistance.

I got refunded for a game that I paid for in Xbox Rewards deposit and the refund was not paid to my Microsoft account... now it is missing they suggested contacting you guys:

So I am out this deposit now... As the refund is missing in action.

I still don't see the problem. In general, deposits are not refundable.

Are you seeing something like "Xbox Live Rewards Deposit: Refunded ($18.85)"??

If that is the case, then that is how the rewards are credited to our accounts. It appears as a negative transaction (credit) because it's being added back (kinda weird).

If the above is not the case then an employee will review your account and reply to you here. They work MONDAY - FRIDAY from 9am to 5pm PST and take 1-2 business days to reply to threads.

We can confirm seeing a deposit of this amount from your account. Deposits from our program are intended to appear as refunds with a negative amount (since we are adding and not removing funds from your account). You can confirm these deposits from your
commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account). However, once Credits are deposited, we can no longer take any action on them. If you still cannot find these funds and you have not already spent them on a purchase, you
would have to reach out to Xbox billing support for additional assistance.

If they have not been deposited yet, they would be listed as pending in the MyRewards section of the Rewards site. If they have been deposited, you can verify deposits by going to http://commerce.microsoft.com and viewing your refunds.
