Deposit to my microsoft account?

Hello,

I have 30,500 credits, should they have been deposited by the 15th-Dec? Why not/When?

Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

Hi RonMiller. Credits pending from the 1st-15th of the month will be deposited before the last day of the month, and Credits pending from 16th-last day of the month will be deposited by the 15th of the following month.Since your Credits were awarded on the
6th, it has been scheduled to be deposited this week by the 29th. Hang tight!

Our system is reporting an error depositing since it cannot locate an available Microsoft billing account to deposit into. Since we cannot deposit into a Credit Card or other similar payable account (like paypal, etc.), the deposit fails. This is mentioned
in our FAQ:

How do I make sure my Microsoft account is properly set up to receive Xbox Live Rewards deposits?

In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.

Since you do not have a Microsoft Payment Account for us to deposit currency into, we cannot complete a deposit. We can only deposit into Microsoft Payment Accounts. We cannot deposit into other payment accounts like Credit Cards or PayPal accounts. This
