Deposit Not Coming Through

According to my Xbox Rewards page, I have had a little over 20,000 reward points due for deposit since the last week of March. Now 15,000 of those points are from the preorder 3 games promotion and I know in the fine print it says that the rewards points
won't get deposited until a few days after the last of your preordered games comes out.

The thing is, Mass Effect Andromeda was my last game and it came out last month and my reward points still haven't been deposited. On top of that, the option to request a deposit is completely absent from my rewards page. So I am sitting on $20 and there's
a Spring Sale on Xbox Live in a couple days and I would like to use that $20.

Any help or clarification on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I noticed deposits were coming through so I looked at the forum and saw I am supposed to opt out of the program, wait 48 hours and re-enroll (because I changed region once). Also it stated that I should let you know so that is what this post is for

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 credits pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled
to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

If your 20,000 credits were pending before April 1, they should be deposited on the 13th (the next scheduled deposit date).

We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was beneath this amount, up until your Credit event for completing Games on Demand, a deposit had not been scheduled. When you received your Games
on Demand Credits on March 20th, this placed you above the 5000 pending Credit amount, and scheduled you for a deposit. Since you were automatically scheduled for a deposit, there was no need to request one manually, and so that button was removed from your
MyRewards page.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit event that scheduled you for a deposit occurred on the 20th, you can expect your deposit in the mid-April deposit cycle.
