  1. Deposit Not Actually Converted to Local Currency

My rewards deposit from the New Year promo never actually got converted to local currency I'm now realizing. I see the credits were deposited per the credit history in XBL Rewards, but I never saw the credits available to spend in the Xbox/MSFT Stores.

    Please advise, thanks!

    :)

    Xbox Live Rewards Not Posting

I have over 11,000 rewards credits to be converted into local currency. However, they are not being converted and posted to my account and there is no button to click to request an early deposit. Please help.

Xbox Rewards Credits haven't been converted to my local currency

I have 11,233 credits and have had them since May 6th 2018, it says "we will convert them to your local currency and deposit them into your Microsoft account around the 15th and 30th of every month"

However this did not happen on or around the 15th of May, I do not have the button to request a deposit either, I would obviously prefer these credits converted to my local currency instead of being converted into MS reward points when the system switches
over so could someone please force the deposit to go though before then

    Thanks

If you haven't already, you'll want to check your returns at
    http://commerce.microsoft.com
for the deposit. That site will also show any transactions that may have already used the currency.

    Hello Cherry Py Man,

We can confirm seeing a deposit of 15,900 Credits (15.90 USD) on January 11th, 2017. This should appear as a refund with a negative amount on your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account). Unfortunately,
since the Rewards program can only manipulate Credits while they are Rewards Credits, and has no control over Microsoft Account activity like your currency, we cannot assist with Credits once they have been deposited. If you can confirm seeing these deposit
events, and you have not already spent this deposit by making a purchase with your Microsoft Account as the payment method, then you will have to reach out to Xbox billing support at (support.xbox.com/contact-us). Apologies for any inconvenience.

    Rewards

You have to make an early deposit request for any amount over a 1000. Otherwise they will be converted to local currency once you hit 5000.

    Arbitrary Credit/Charge

Recent Arbitrary Deposit can also be due to Warface shutting down. If you had any kind of credit left in their virtual currency account, it was converted into your local currency upon the game being closed.

Still haven't received my rewards points

    Hello MONKEYZ KILLZ,

The Credits were converted and deposited as currency into your Microsoft Account. You can see this deposit event from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page, where the deposit occurred on the 12th. You can view this deposit as an actual currency transaction
from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where it will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.
