Deposit limit exceded when there is no limit so says Xbox Support

Since July 2018 I have been declined the ability to deposit xbox gift cards after a certain $ value?? Which apparently doesn't exist and no one can tell me how much this limit is! I started using xbox gift cards because prepaid visa/mastercard became a
nightmare to use! This worked great for a few months and now all the money and advantage I gained within March of Empires: War of Lords is lost. Just an average player now!! What a waste of money!! Thanks to xbox! Who I sent receipts to and pictures and etc
etc etc.... Very frustrated at this point as this is the only thing I'm able to do after work and on weekends do to physical issues! I can get no answers on something that doesn't exist, yet at the turn of the new month I'm good to go again for a few deposits!!
Getting someone to help and actually understand the problem has been like pulling teeth! 2 people from xbox actually emailed back but the other promises pppffftt!!! How can I get this resolved please?? Can someone tell me who to contact to get this limit removed!!
I'm an adult and don't need xbox policing how much of my money I spend in a month!!!! Who can I call?? Is there an answer or resolution or am I wasting more time?? How can they not care enough to fix this issue when contacted so many times by myself after
giving them SO MUCH business! Do I need to start a boycott or hashtag movement to get answers?? I really should have my head examined for trying so hard to spend more money!!? lmao I really should but this is an excellent way of keeping my mind off....stressful

hi when I try to make my account my home Xbox it says there is a limit of profiles set as home Xbox even though I have checked and no account on the Xbox is set a home xbox

 

External hard drive coming next month COMFIRMED

One source says 16TB limit, Major Nelson says no limit.

Thank you for posting on the forums today! I'd be happy to provide some information.

There actually is a dollar limit to how much currency you can have in your account at one time. You can only have up to 1000 USD in an account at a time, and you can only deposit 1000 USD in a given day. If you have more accounts under your name or billing
address, you can add up to 5000 USD between all the accounts, but no account can have more than 1000 USD in it at a time. Apologies if you were given the wrong information by Xbox Support, but there is deposit limits and spending limits to the currency stored
in your Microsoft account.

$1000 but I don't store the money on the account! It is usually used right away! Unless stored means what is deposited and includes already purchased amounts! Really haven't had more than $300 on the account in a day and all the times that I've tried to deposit
there has only been 0 or 20-30$ on the account and I was trying to ad to it. So then there must be a monthly total deposit limit in Canada. I don't exceed the daily deposit limit of $1000 and or purchases. Do you know where I can find the monthly limit for
Canada, because this must be the issue. Hard to believe all the support staff I've been in contact with, which is many, couldn't come up with a proper answer??
