Discus and support Deposit issue in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; as of the 6th may i had 35k in reward points and as of today 21st they still have not been deposited into my account it's value is £28 in the past...     Deposit issue


    as of the 6th may i had 35k in reward points and as of today 21st they still have not been deposited into my account it's value is £28 in the past there has been a deposit early option but it is not there now with the program finishing soon i am worried
    that i will lose out when they transfer the points over to the Microsoft account. it stats that they are deposited around the 15th and the 30th why has it not been deposited seeing it is well past the 15th

    please advise.

    Hello Dustyfeesh,

    We see that you only requested a deposit of your current 4800 Credits on October 31st. This was too late to be included with the end of month deposit in October, so you will be a part of the next available deposit, the mid-month deposit in November. We cannot
    perform deposits outside of the scheduled deposit dates.

    For the past week prior to November I had been trying to request an early deposit with my 4800/5000 credits. Every time I tried it told me you dont have enough credits to do this, now suddenly because the next month hits I can successfully request my deposit
    so I need to wait even longer. I was really relying on that so I can buy a game and because the website was screwy or whatever the case was Im now asked out. Is there any way you can just deposit my rewards now like it should have already done on the 30th
    of October?

    They would be scheduled to deposit at the end of the month.

    Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
    by the 15th of the next month. The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first.

    There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled.

    FYI, the last deposit for October actually took place on the 25th, not the 30th. So the credits would have had to been requested before the 22nd to be deposited at the end of the month.
