Deposit from pre-order

In the last month, there was a reward promotion in which people can get reward credit by preorder. I preordered forza horizon 3 and it already passed Oct.15. I wonder when I can receive the credit. Have a good day.

im going to say you will have your pre order day one at some point.

u will know within a day or 2 days before tho as it will pull the money from cc/account to comfirm its being shipped.. so if by the day it releases money has not exited your account than no. but i think microsoft has a handle on pre orders and managing the quantity/avaliability. its not consoles past where pre orderes never got stopped... we have had 3/4 pre order lock down's where they open and close the sales numbers...

if you were a pre order on gamestop/pick up gamestop would look like a fool with you walking in and no day one console being their for pick up. i would actually demand my deposit back in cash on the spot along with any other deposit for day one launch games for the xbox one.

buti t seems you ordered online. if it was thru amazon or what not you didn't say.

Pre-order the PS4. [br][br]I doubt Microsoft makes any significant changes before launch, but if they do, cancel your PS4 pre-order and pre-order the X1. [br]br]If you pre-order at Gamestop, I think they will just move your deposit over from a PS4 to an
X1, upon request.

 

Got the same problem and pre ordered Forza Horizon 3, NHL 17, Bioshock Collection and Batman return to Arkham. Still no reward. Didn't have to pre order but with the promo I decided why not. Shouldn't have and won't pre order again. I'm not happy right now.

 

If you preordered digitally during September, it would be part of your VIP rebate for September if you are eligible for rebates. Normal rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month, but because of tracking issues,
September's rebate has been delayed and should be given by the end of the month.

There was an issue with MyVIP calculations that caused us to postpone payback for September to ensure that users were awarded at the correct MyVIP level. We deployed a hotfix for this issue last night, and you should now both be seeing the correct MyVIP
as well as payback for September based off this correct calculation. Apologies for the confusion.
