Why would you close my thread before I can reply back to you? Shouldn't you
WAIT to make sure that the problem is fixed?

I spoke to xbox support and the agent said my primary billing account is in CANADIAN. My region is in CANADA. Therefore he doesn't understand why your system would keep trying to bill the US account?

Here is what he said in the chat:

"Thanks for waiting, I have double checked this up with one of the higher ups

around, it seems that we don't have ways to remove a billing account

once it was already set up on once account. No worries, upon checking

here, your primary billing profile is set to Canada, your profile's

region is set to Canada, I think the account is at good state.

1:13 am"

So what will be the excuse now for you not to give me my points? The problem is on YOUR end, NOT MINE!

Before you lock my thread again, give me a chance to reply back to you, gosh.

Didn't receive any rewards for buying Skyrim Remastered.

Because making numerous small deposits takes more time and leaves more room for error than collecting all the data at the end of the month and making a larger singular deposit on the normal cycle of 2 deposits per month.

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. Currently, we see that you only have a Microsoft Account payment instrument set to USD, so we cannot
perform a deposit. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

As you request, we will leave this thread unlocked, but cannot guarantee a response. We lock threads as newly created posts are more visible than older threads.

Thank you so much for the speedy response! Ah, I see. Then can I ask what happens to my points if they are not deposited to my account? Do I lose them? Or do I have to migrate my account back to US in order to get my points in USD? If my points will not
disappear, then I can wait for this problem to be fixed...

Hello Vcollstorm,

I can confirm Murphs' and Smwutches' responses. Since you requested your deposit too late, it was not able to a part of the mid-month deposit. It will be a part of the end of month deposit.

However, keep in mind that Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited
in the mid-month deposit the following month. Therefore, your referral Credits that you recently received on the 16th will not be a part of this end of month deposit, but will be a part of next month's mid-month deposit.

All Credit and Deposit events can be found on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can use that to see that those Credits were a part of your November 9 2016 deposit. You subsequently spent that deposit on a purchase of Watch Dogs 2 - Gold Edition
pre-order on November 13th.
