Deposit date pass

Just recently, I've accumulated a lot of rewards credits but I been noticing that the credits have yet still to be deposited in my account. Does anyone know or where I can find help? Don't want to lose all these credits!

i click on ealy depost and it said it will be there on the 29/12/16 and now it says 11/1/17 PLZ FIX

The deposit date on the site changes 3 days before the deposit takes place because it is no longer possible to request a deposit for that date. There will still be a deposit on the 29th. So if you requested a deposit for that date, you should still receive
a deposit on that date.

Support will double check, but keep in mind that credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. So depending on how recently you received the credits you may not have earned them in time for one of the last deposits. Generally,
if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

If you got to 5,000 earlier this month, they would be scheduled to do be deposited with the end of the month deposit which is scheduled for the 22nd.
