Deposit date? Missed the last one...

Hi. I had 8,000-ish credits from 19/03/17, and these didn't get deposited on the 30th. I have completed the 250point survey today, which will take this number
up to 10,000. When can I expect these to be credited to my account?

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. If your Credits were pending on the 18th, they will not be deposited until the mid month deposit this month.

Changes in information take us a few days to pick up. Since we do not mail consistently, its possible we missed your user information update before our last email. If you continue to receive these messages to an email that is not the one listed on your Microsoft
Account, let us know with a new post! Our next regular message should be the statement email that will occur around our mid-month deposit.

 

Whens the next double xp missed the last one

They usually fall around the time a new DLC comes out. Since the last one just came out I don't think we'll see one for a bit. But you never know.

 

The credits you had pending before the 1st of this month would be scheduled to deposit on the 13th of this month.

the following month. Since the Credit event that placed you above the 5000 Credits required for an automatically scheduled deposit occurred on March 19th, they will be a part of the mid-April deposit.
