Deposit Confusion

Dear Rewards,

Looking at my account I appear to have had a MyVip deposit on 10/11 for 7,700pts ($7.70), I also had a deposit for my end of month deposit on 10/25 for 10,250pts ($10.25). I did make a purchase between those deposits, but it shows on accounts.microsoft.com
that my credit card was charged the full amount, no deduction in credits. So looking at my purchases I do not see where I spent the $7.70 and my account presently only shows I have $10.25 in credit when I go to buy a game online, but I should have $17.95 based
on those deposit numbers.

Please review my account and let me know what you think is going on. Thanks in advance!

Points did not deposit

We can confirm Smwutches statement. Since your pending Credits that placed you at the 5000 required for an automatically scheduled deposit were put into your account on July 17th, your deposit will be a part of the mid-August deposit, as you suspected. Since
you have been scheduled for a deposit, there is no need for you to request one manually, so that button has been removed. Apologies for any confusion.

Reward deposit isn't accurate?

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since some of your Credit events occurred on the third and fourth of this month, they were not yet processed. You should expect those Credits during the end of month deposit. Hope this clears up any confusion!

Hi Murphs. From what we see, on October 13th, you made a game purchase for $89.99, $73.69 was charged to a credit card, and $16.30 was charged to your MS account. This used up all the funds you had in your MS account. We then made the deposit of the $10.25
that you see now. If your card was charged the full $89.99, you need to contact
Microsoft Support for them to make an adjustment because we see that your MS account was charged partially for that purchase.
