    Xbox Rewards didn't deposit

    Hi!

    My Xbox Rewards Credit was supposed to deposit into my account on November 15th, but did not. I wanted to use this Credit for the upcoming Black Friday sale.

    Please help!?

    Deposit before black friday please

    Deposits are scheduled based on when you reach 5,000 credits. So generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

    So if you had at least 5,000 credits pending before the 15th of this month, they should be deposited on the 24th (the last deposit date for this month). If you got to 5,000 after the 15th, they should be deposited on December 15.

    Hello RubenLombardo,

    Since we manually added those Credits to your account on the 4th, they should be included in your end of the month deposit coming up soon.
