However, there should be a Report Message option underneath his message. You can report directly to the PET via that way or by going to his bio and selecting Report or Block

I am sorry that you are going through this but note that you are not allowed to expose a person in this forum. In these cases, what should be done is to report the person and also a good option is to
block it so that it no longer receives discomfort from that player.

Unfortunately we are unable to assist with any enforcement actions through the Forums. Go ahead and go over to the
Enforcement Website for more information. In most cases I would advise that your son reports the player if he is being harassed online instead of responding to the player or reaching
out to them for any reason, this will of course prevent your son from getting suspended for any reason.
