Unfortunately we are unable to assist with any enforcement actions through the Forums. Go ahead and go over to the
Enforcement Website for more information. In most cases I would advise that your son reports the player if he is being harassed online instead of responding to the player or reaching
out to them for any reason, this will of course prevent your son from getting suspended for any reason.

Cuando se crea un reporte contra el usuario, si el equipo detecta
que efectivamente se rompió el código de conducta toman acciones para mantener un ambiente sano para todos, si tu hijo no hizo nada malo entonces no tienes por qué preocuparte

Va encontra del codigo de conducta, si tienes dudas en cuanto hacer algo puedes comentarlo para poder guiarte y asi evitar este tipo de inconvenientes
