    Denied Refund


    As a parent not knowing much about gaming and online purchasing of FIFA POINTS. One of our youngest sons have purchased over £700 worth in the last month using our eldest son account. This isn’t normal behaviour.

    I’m absolutely devastated and trying to get a refund for this ridiculous and appalling behaviour and all I’m getting is a poor and almost an automated response. See below

How can I take this matter further in order to get a refund please?[/td][/tr][/table]

    You can try replying to the email denying the refund to contact the refund specialists. Otherwise, if they deny the refund there's really nothing else you can do.

    Then if they've denied the refund, you're not getting a refund. Refunds are not guaranteed.

    You can try responding to the email you received denying the refund to speak to a refund specialist, but if they deny it, there really isn't anything that can be done.

    Refund Denied Repeatedly

    Phone/chat support no longer handle refunds, so talking to them most likely will not do anything good either. If the refund specialists denied the refund and you already tried emailing them and they denied it again, it's not going to get refunded.
