Denied Refund and i haven't gotten an answer back

I had tried to refund a game yesterday and they said they would respond to me in 72 hours. I got a response back and they had said they had denied my request to refund it. It got me thinking that it was denied because i had over 2 hours on the game. Because
it had been less then 14 days and ive played 2 and a half games. I emailed the person back that said it was denied and said,

" I want to refuse this rejected refund. The reason for this is because I have only played 2 and a half games in Bleeding Edge. Most of my time in this game was waiting for a cue while in a party with my friend. The cues in this game while in a party were
about 30 to 40 minutes long which is probably why you guys arent accepting the request because ive spend over 2 hours on the game (waiting in a cue and not even playing the game at all). The hours that ive spend on this game are mostly spent in cue which is
why I wanted a refund. Just like your policy said it has been less then 14 days and i havent made any in game purchases. Im hoping you read tjis and understand where im coming from and why I want to refund a game that i wont ever play again. This game was
$30 and i could use this $30 to help the medical field with the current corona virus. I can use this $30 to get the materials to make masks which me and my friend have been doing recently. Thank you"

I currently just dont understand xbox and im thinking about leaving soon because there are so many issue with it and with the support. Please someone help me.

I never have refunded a game so i already met the first one, the 14 day period i already met that because it was before the 14 days, and i do have over 2 hours but the only reason because of that is the time i was wating to actually get into a game which
was about total maybe 80+ minutes just waiting in a cue

The only option you have is to reply, via the ail they sent you. Give as much detail as possible.

I guess the time in the cue is added to the game time. I doubt that they could sort the time other than look at the time the game was running. All you could do is to reply to the mail. Sorry to say but there is nothing we could do here...

Just because a purchase is on the list at xbox.com/refund does not mean that you will receive your money back.

The official refund policy in short is "All sales of Digital Game Products are considered final" .... "except where legally required.

(consumable items currency, booster packs and other one time use items cannot be refunded)

The refund policy the team goes off when reviewing refund request is:

Limited to one refund in a 365-day period (apart from technical faults with the game and unauthorised purchases)
Brought within the last 14 days
Played less than 2 hours
Not as described/ Technical Issue (and no service outage https://beta.support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status)
Accidental/ unauthorised purchase

Has to meet top 3 requirements.

I have waited nearly a week for a reply to my purchase request (which I didn't even buy on my account) and I still have had no answer
