Denied appeal for Xbox unfair ban ?!

Already submitted an appeal and I was denied. I think if I can actually show proof of my accusations being false which I can then I can get unbanned. It’s unfair that I can get permanently banned for something that I didn’t do.

I have already applied for an appeal and it was denied unfairly. This whole thing has been so unfair towards me and her.

I replied to the case review after they denied my appeal. I need more information than was given in the generic, community standards email. The enforcement.xbox.com, will not provide me the information I need as all it says is, appeal denied.

I believe that once an appeal is denied, there should be a number or email given to get more information, especially in the case of a "child" account being suspended. It is unfair that we are not given specifics as to what caused the suspension in the first place.

This is also banning his account entirely and he cannot even get onto his xbox to watch netflix, hulu, etc. which has nothing to do with the community standards for xbox live.

That’s jus unfair the least they could’ve done is tell me why so I won’t do it again, I lost a lot of money, and a lot of time, I did nothing wrong and my appeal has been denied and I’ve stated that anything before the apple was my friends not me. Because the apple was my 1st and only pick and I get denied of an appeal so it seems pretty unfair

i just said my appeal was denied as i didnt even know what i was banned for as i didnt receive an email regarding the ban which is why i had to use the bbb to get in contact and was then told what my ban was for after i had appealed and was denied. it is a joke. after being banned for someone bot following my account which is out of my control and theres nothing i can do once my appeal was denied because i didnt even know what i was banned for until now.
