    Denied access when I try to load the program.


    Hello, I have been given permission from Rare to download and play their technical alpha and give feedback. To do this I need to open the insider hub app as it allows me to download the game. However, when I open it it says that "You are unable to join
    the xbox insider program because of your past behavior." I do not have any active suspensions and I have been given permission to play the game. However, I can't as the app will not load and let me in.

    Please help if possible.

    Sooo could any one help me?

    When I click on your link to the service center, the page loads but tells me "error, access denied". How do I get fix that?

    Thanks for that Hoaxs, I managed to botch up the link and for some reason when I try and edit it in I get an "Access Denied."

    Sorry to hear it. You should log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and check any past enforcement actions on your account. Even a past enforcement action can prevent you from taking part in some aspects of the

    It seems that other players are experiencing this issue, even myself was banned from the ambassadors program.

    As you, I never break the rules.

    In case you didn't know the way to appeal is sending an email to the ambassadors

    This has happened to a lot of people, including me. There's a thread about it in r/XboxAmbassador on Reddit where a bunch of people are saying the same thing.

    Apparently this was posted in the Xbox Discord earlier: -

    Hey @here We're aware of an ongoing issue with ambassadors being wrongfully banned. Please DO NOT open a Discord ticket for help with this. Send in your unban requests to xboxambs @ microsoft.com with your Xbox username and we'll take care of them as fast as we can. Thanks for your patience and we'll let you know when this issue has been resolved

    I'd already sent an email before I read that, but yeah, if you're 100% sure you've not broken the rules and you haven't got any enforcement actions on your account, email them, as your ban may well be a mistake.

    Hi,

    Just as an update, this issue is now resolved as confirmed in the Xbox Ambassadors Discord chat here

    If you’re still unable to access the ambassador website, try to sign in via an InPrivate/Incognito tab.
