Denied access to content?

Recently have been trying to install a game (Minecraft) which I redeemed a code when the Windows 10 edition was released. As of now, the Microsoft store either refuses to claim I own the game or refused to allow any sort of installation, despite meeting
the requirements and owning the game. And there is no indication the game is not compatible, which it says for other games that are incompatible, so it's nogt giving a clear answer. It only allows remote installation to an xbox console, but I am trying to
install on a PC. I've only seen "solutions" that require Powershell and restarting the Microsoft Store, as well as signing out and back in. No solutions have worked despite the amount of people having similar issues. When saying the "solutions" do not work,
threads are either locked or abandoned with no answer. It is frustrating to be denied answers to a problem like this, especially if this issue has been running since release. Whether or not I can install the game without unfairly paying $30+ for something
I already own is what I want to know. All I ask is a direct answer and not the same old "solutions" that have failed me multiple times.

If its giving you the option to remotely install on xbox, it sounds like the code you used was for console edition rather than windows edition?

As far as I know, minecraft is Not a play anywhere title, so you would need to purchase a windows edition if in fact what you have is console edition...

Have you even been able to install it on pc?

Call of Duty World at War content is region restricted. That means if you are out of your XBL accounts region then you will experience issues accessing and/or downloading certain content and Marketplace features. If you are in
a non-supported Live region you will also experience issues with the above.

In order to get the content you must meet all of the criteria:

Account Region+Game Disc Region+Physical Live in Region=ALL must match

example:

US+US+UK=Denied US+UK+UK=Denied US+UK+Au=Denied US+US+US=Access

Since your account region and physical region do not match you will not be able to download or re-download that content as it is region locked. For region locked content to work you need to meet ALL of the criteria in order to gain access to it.

Account Region+Game Disc Region+Physical Live in Region=ALL must match

US+US+US=Access US+US+Canada=Denied US+Canada+Canada=Denied US+Canada+UK=Denied

To get that content back again you would need to physically be in the account region, in your case the US.

Please read my question BEOFRE answering. I paid for a bunch of digital content over the past couple of years. As of right now I cannot access ANY OF IT. Microsoft owes me compensation for deliberately denying me access to content I paid for. OR even better give me access to my content.

Not the issue. Microsoft paywalled me. Denied access to offline content without paying for gold. Data pack was unavailable unless a gold member.
