Denied access for some game that i have already downloaded on game with gold.

Today i had denied access for some games like Tomb Raider - Definition Edition, Assassin Creed 4, games that i have already downloaded in games with gold.

I called to support and i had a confirmation that i really have the registration for this games. I deleted my account profile and put again, but with same issue

Could anyone help me, the support protocol is 1314136270

If u have gold download the games for gold or buy ea access for £20 a year and about 7 full games to keep 4 length of ea access

"Well, had they denied access to something I paid for I would be upset" See this kinda contradicts what you were saying before. I have no problem paying for DLC's. Certain games like Gears, Halo, Mass Effect, Fallout will always get me to fork over extra
for added game content. However, this first "dlc" content is already on the disc, and you're being denied access to it...

Are you still a Gold member? If your Gold has lapsed, you lose access to your Xbox One Games with Gold. If you're now Silver, you will need to resubscribe to Xbox Live Gold in order to gain access to these games.

yes, i am still a Gold Member until July 2017. This is make this issue more strange.

 

For example, i can play the games with gold of this month. But some games as Tomb Raider and Assassin Creed 4 (and others) i can not.

 

one more information: i am using the game that is my main videogame. Even so, i can play this games.

 

I have downloaded game using my gamer profile and nw it says I have to repay for it again can any1 help
