denial of service, possible slander

My son was given a week ban. Microsoft claims he made
homophobic remarks. I asked the enforcement team for more information but was simply told the ban stays in place.

Support chat has been no help. The enforcement team responded with almost complete nonsense, and even addressed the response to
the wrong person. Very unprofessional.

This is a serious claim made by Microsoft. If he did it I would like to know.

How do I hold a discussion with the enforcement team? How do I view the evidence to support Microsoft’s claim?
Will I need arbitration to force someone to produce evidence, or even discuss the matter?

@Trashman--By move on I mean file your complaint and game on. What else can you do besides sit and whine about it? It sounds like he may be Lag switching, but not sure. If hes host, he can lag switch and sometimes itll boot the whole lobby. Make your complaint,
with recorded games (you can record in game) and your job is done. Unless you wanna make threads in forums everywhere, to each his own.

 

Submitting a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com is the only way to contact the enforcement team. They do not give specifics.

 

I have submitted a case review. It was closed with nothing more than basically a 'too bad' reply. Now what are my options to discus the matter?

 

If the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

 

Smwutches ,why are you speaking in absolutes? It that legal advice or just a layman’s best guess? I will try for discovery in arbitration. Not sure what the American Arbitration Association rules are on this yet though. Will look in to it.

 

Because that is how the enforcement team works and what you agreed to when you signed up and agreed to the terms of service.
