Discus and support Demoted in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I was without playing for at least a week or 2 and when I came back my packaged was gone.     I was without playing for at least a week or 2 and when I came back my packaged was gone. I was on 146 and I have been domoted to 56 . Even my DLC pack is gone...everything was locked again. Can anybody tell me why?? Do this happened to you too?

    I heard after awhile it does this it demotes you back to level 1 unless you are prestige then it will demote you to what ever prestige you are to that prestige level 1

    Oh. Ok. That makes sense. When i started the game i saw some of the players were already far from me. That really makes sense. Thank you 😊.

    Did you find out anything about it? Why is this happening?
    its because it's a new season and everyone gets their progress reset.

    this makes it easier for new players to join on an equal level each season.
