    Ok, a few things too clear up here for the OP.

    1: Demos hurt game sale, statistically a game sells better without a demo than with.

    2: The PS4 and the Wii U have just the same situation on their platforms, seriously, the Wii U has a dozen demos at the most, same with PS4.

    3: Microsoft can not force a developer to make a demo, unless it's a first party developer.

    Not sure why you cant find them..

    Why would it be a 1hr demo when we already have demos for all games on the marketplace.? Why would demos be limited to one person at a time. It wasn't demos.
