Demo's not launching

Discus and support Demo's not launching in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Forza Horizon 2 and PES 15 both downloaded fine, but when I go to launch, the screen opens very briefly, then shrinks back down to the main dashboard...     Demo's not launching


    Forza Horizon 2 and PES 15 both downloaded fine, but when I go to launch, the screen opens very briefly, then shrinks back down to the main dashboard screen. I've tried shutting it down and restart, but still not working. Any suggestions?

    That's because the trend in the last few years has been to call demo's that release before the game Beta's even though they are not. and Demo's that come out after the game releases are just called Demo's now.

    I have played a lot of so called Beta's, but have actually been in less than half a dozen actual Betas. Asheron's Call 2 was my first, Defiance is my latest, and those are true Beta's.

    Have you tried a cold reboot of your console ? To do that, just unplug your console. Wait 5 to 10 minutes. And plug it back.

    If it doesn't solve your issue, maybe try redownloading the games. I had had the same issue with Call of Duty Ghosts and it did the trick for me.

    Tried unplugging it and plugging it back in, still the same problem. Just realized itt's demo's and all downloaded games (including games I paid for). Initially, the game goes full screen but only for a second before shooting me back to the home screen.

    Bring back the demos!!!

    There are some demos available but the console just launched, so it will take some time to get more demos. Dead Rising 3 just released its demo.

    I tweeted Major Nelson last week asking for info on what demos etc. will be available for the Xbox one at launch, no response at the moment. I'm guessing it'll be similuar to the 360's launch, demos of some games, but not all.
