Demos/Game Purchases my Roomate DLs on his XB1 Also Appear in the Queue on MY system?

im having a weird issue that I can't find ANYTHING on. I've had my XB1 for a few months now. When I got it i had my roomate create a profile on it too (by using/"recovering" his current 360 gamertag, just like I did) so that he'd get the stats/achievements
he earned when we played. Well today he finally got his XB1 and he set it up and started downloading some demos and bought the deluxe edition of Titanfall, which has like 4 expansion pack DLs along with it. The issue is, for some reason they also show up on
MY system, in my queue, when I signed in with MY profile. I saw Battlefield: Hardline had a beta when he was browsing, so I went in my room to set it to DL and that's when I saw it was already installing. I was confused but figured "well, it's installing so
whatever", but then saw all the other demos he picked, plus the Titanfall game and expansions all installing? How is this even possible? Is it because his gamertag is also a profile on my system? Even if so, why would they auto-DL on all systems the profile
is on? Is there any way to stop this, short of deleting the profile off my system? I want the profile on there for when we play in my room, just like the plan was put my profile on his system too, cause his is in living room where we'll both be playing more
often than not. That's where we have the kinect setup now too, even though it goes with my system. If this is supposed to happen, that means any games I DLed on my system would fill his system, and vice-versa. There has to be a way to prevent this, no? It
causes multiple issues. 1, the HD already fills quick (I'm at 57% with only 6 games and 3 demos installed), so if everything the other person DLs goes to both systems that's gonna fill up REAL quick, with stuff I don't even want. 2, it causes conflict with
the download management. Like how I tried to DL Battlefield beta and it said it was already DLing for me, but then when it was done on my roommates system it went back to saying it was only 1% for me. And I paused then cancelled all the demos and Titanfall
downloads on my system, but then a minute later they all popped right back up in my queue as being active again. There are 9 items in my queue and only 1 is mine. Any ideas?

My xbox downloaded dlc and games for no reason.

Well I came here to ask a similar question. My roomate just got his XB1, and I've had mine for a few months. He made a profile on my Xbox with his gamertag (an existing one from xbox 360, just like mine) so we could both play and get stuff under our own
profiles. So today he sets up his xbox and starts DLing demos and I go turn mine on to try the Battlefield: Hardline beta and notice every single demo he set to DL, and the Titanfall Deluxe Edition he bought (with its 5 expansion packs), are all in the queue
on MY system, which is signed in under MY profile?

 

Another Game Sharing Question

his box is already home console....all my digital purchases are available for him to dl....also after making his box my home console i noticed that his digital copy of Madden was available for me to dl on my box...but he is NOT at all signed into my box

i dont know why but this is so confusing to me...lol

 

Sorry to hear it. What has happened is that your room-mate has set your console as his Home console. Have him set his own console as his Home console and you won't get his downloads to your console anymore.
