    Demos from download history showing up on console


    I seem to have downloaded games from my download history again... but i didn't download them, and i can't delete them as they aren't on my hard drive (But I can play them). Is this Microsoft's doing, or is this from the recent DDOS attacks? Who else had
    this happen to them?

    Did you buy it with points or a code?

    If its not showing up in your download history on the console OR on your purchase history on the website, support will should be able to see it in your points history (if from the last year).



    If its not showing up on that account, are you absolutely positive its the account you downloaded it on?

    Were there any other accounts on the xbox you might have gotten it on instead?

    Cant re-download GTA 4

    Hi, is the game not showing up on the console in settings/ account/ download history ? if it is then select it and download again, there should be no charge for this.

    If you can't delete it might bed from the DDOS attacks. You could try seeing if they are on any other device and see.

    Sorry to hear it. If items can no longer be redownloaded then they have been removed from the system. If there are games that you're attempting to download that are only showing as demo then perhaps they weren't originally purchased with your gamertag.

    Just to be sure you're accessing your download history on the console in the following way from the dashboard: System>Accounts>Download History

    does the game show up in your download history on the console? Dashboard>Settings>Account>Download History. If it does, you can grab it from there.

    Yep as above, the online pass will show up in your download history, so on your next console just download it from there again
