    Demonic names that are not getting removed from xbox live


    I've been reporting alot of names and profiles that are very inappropriate. They don't get banned such anti christ gamertag I've tried to report and nothing happened. Is there any escalation that can happen to fix this issue with gamer community. How come they're not removed demonic names? Why is reporting not responding for 4 weeks. Can there problem solver?

    Investigations can take time. So forced gamertag changes won't happen immediately. As long as you reported them, the enforcement team will investigate them though.

    I've reported someone already for using kill at me. Nothing happened still and no one is really investigating. It doesn't take 5 weeks it's not normal. Why r y saying the same reply? I'm not stupid.

    Quoted from the enforcement site:

    "Real Name enforcements are not intended to pass judgment on anyone's name or identity. Instead, Real Name enforcements are issued in order to remove harmful and highly offensive content from the Xbox Live service"

    Unluckily that enforcement is permanent.

    Hey there,

    Are you able to upload the screenshot if you choose a different name? That's definitely not a name that should prevent you from posting, but let's try temporarily changing the name to see if that helps. If this persists on multiple screenshots regardless
    of the name, let's try removing your
    Xbox Live profile from your Xbox One     and then sign back in to see if that helps.
