    Bonjour a tous,

    J'ai un problème sur ma Xbox One S, depuis un bug d'un jeu et la nécessité d'effectuer un redémarrage forcée,

    ma console a un démarrage super long et ne démarre pas, elle reste sur l'écran vert avec écrit "XBOX ONE"

    Comment puis-je résoudre ce problème?

    Salut Pierre-AlainTierce , essayes un reset d'usine ne conservant les données, l'option est activable avant de procéder comme ça tu
    ne perdras rien. Si l'option ne fonctionne pas, fonctionne contact le support. Tiens nous au courant, tu trouveras toujours quelqu'un pour aider ici.
