    Bonjour,

    Apres avoir discuter avec un de vos opérateurs, celui-ci m'a redirigé sur ce lien pour expliquer mon problème,

    J'ai récemment supprimer mon ancienne adresse mail et j'en ai créé une nouvelle en recréant aussi mon compte Microsoft avec cette nouvelle adresse. Le soucis cest que je n'ai pas fait de transfert pour les jeux Xbox one téléchargés sur ma nouvelle adresse.
    Je me retrouve donc avec des jeux inutilisables. Pourriez vous me trouver une solution svp?

    If you have closed the other account down then their is nothing that can be done. If you still have access to it, then you can change email alias but as {Parity} has already stated, you can not transfer digital content from one account to another.

    You can't transfer any content from one account to another. You will have to use the account the content was created/purchased with.

    Du coup mon compte est banni definitivement et je peux pas récupérer mes données sur les jeux auquelles j'ai passé beaucoup de temps a l'époque ?

    C'est un peu limite le servie xbox... si ils peuvent rien faire car cela fait plus d'un an
