Bonjour, mon fils a reçu cela mercredi soir et donc banni !!! les premières fois il avait été banni pour mauvais comportement chose que nous réprimons aussi . Aussi je suis étonnée de voir qu'il est de nouveau banni car étant certaine que les autres fois
lui ont servi de leçon sauf en aout puisqu'il disait qu'il n'avait rien fait !! bref nous partions en vacances et je n'avais pas le temps de me penccher sur le problème ! mercredi soir donc il est de nouveau banni mais dis qu'il n'a rien fait ... donc reçoit

autorisé ?? afin qu'il ne s'en serve plus pour éviter tous désagréments futurs . A chaque fois il est bien vexé et la solution serai de savoir exactement ce qu'il en est afin de ne plus refaire les mêmes erreurs .

J'espère avoir été claire !!! je suis un peu perdue moi même !

Je souhaitais vous faire part de mon mécontentement : J'ai enfin réussi joindre quelqu'un par téléphone ce jour : la personne n'a pas pu me renseigner et me demande de joindre Micromania. Après avoir appelé Micromania qui ne peut rien faire pour ma demande,
