bonjour j'ai suspendu du Xbox live jusqu' 16juin mais , je n'arrive toujours pas ce jour 28 juin communiquer avec mes amis éct je supposée donc qu'en j'ai été victime d'un m'en erreur car hébreu n'ai pas reçu de mail m'indiquant m'avait suspension .

[Translation: Hello I suspended from Xbox live until June 16 but I still can not reach this day June 28 to communicate with my friends éct I supposed so that I was victim of a mistake because Hebrew did not receive any mail telling me had
suspension.]

You can view your ban at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if eligible. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

bonjour je me suis fait bannir jusqu'au 11/01 du xbox live, je ne comprend pas pourquoi car je n'ai tricher sur aucun jeux et je n'ai jamais manquer de respect a qui qu'onc sur le xbox live.

Before you do that you may want to find out what their policies are. You will find that all of them have similar rules. Not sure why you are blaming Xbox when you haven't used the account for 5 years.

That is a moot point. Unfortunately, the account is banned and the time for appeal is long passed and the case is closed.

If the account was permanently banned there is nothing you can do.
