    Demand 5


    Hi all.

    Been having an on going issue with demand 5 app.

    I can open app and select what I want to watch but the same thing keeps happening which is

    'Video not loading properly.'

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app checked all my updates are up to date. I have also deleted my gamertag and reloaded it. I have checked everything twice and still have the same issue.

    Can anyone help.

    Every time i try to open Demand 5 it comes up with "Demand 5 hass encountered an error and must close" [500]

    Is there a service alert for Demand 5 because I don't see one.

    Note: It was working fine last night.

    Demand 5

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
    the console.

    Hi John!

    I'd be happy to help and provide some information.

    Is this for Xbox One or Xbox 360?

    If you have an Xbox One I suggest trying a complete power cycle to reset the power unit and clearing some data cache. Here is how:

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 5 minutes.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

    Have you tried uninstall and reinstall the app? If you still continue to have issues, you will want to get with the developer of the app. Here is a
