    Every time i try to open Demand 5 it comes up with "Demand 5 hass encountered an error and must close" [500]

    Is there a service alert for Demand 5 because I don't see one.

    Note: It was working fine last night.

    I have the same issue too. So it's not just your machine. I tried reinstalling it but it made no difference.

    This issue appeared for myself today - I've reported it via the Report a Problem feature through the Preview Program to get this resolved.

    Hey there Foghorn70 and TheJackah!

    Sorry to hear that the issue has popped up again! If the issue is continuing to occur, I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps:

    • From the Xbox Dashboard, go to Settings and then select System.
    • Select Storage.
    • Select your primary storage device.
    • Select Games and Apps.
    • Find and highlight the Demand 5 app. Press the Y button to access Game Options.
    • Select Delete, and then confirm that you want to delete all items related to the app.
    • Power cycle your Xbox 360 console
    • Power on your console and from the Dashboard go to apps.
    • Select Browse Apps or Search Apps.
    • Browse or search for the app and then select it.
    • Select Download and then Confirm Purchase to download and install the app.
    Give the listed steps a try and be sure to let us know if you are still receiving an error when trying to launch the Demand 5 app. Thanks in advance!

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
    the console.
