deluxe items not availale

so i purchased the deluxe copy of andromeda, redeemed the code, and installed the content along with the game. when I went to the tempest there arent any items. is anyone having the same issues?

No cross platform play. I wish it was availale too but unfortunately it's not.

I have the same problem with a movie i bought. It is still availale on xbox video but will not allow me to redownload it.

I saw somewhere on twitter that if you delete the DLC manually then reinstall it will show up. Where do you get the items in the tempest?

 

Ok, solved the problem. You have to go to "manage game".

From there, you should see the DLC content waiting to be downloaded. Apparently you have to tell the system to download it.

 

Not working for me either, I bought standard pre-order edition, downloaded and re-installed bonus content but still not appearing on the desk in tempest.

 

Ah found the armour set when trying to dis-embark the tempest. It allowed me to choose it in the loadout section at this point. Problem solved.
