Deluxe Final Fantasy XV - Pre-Order DLC Code

I received a notification on my new Xbox One S about a few days, possibly over a week now.

So, I went in to my Messages and noticed it was from Xbox Live. I'm really used to clicking on the message since usually there is a "Redeem Code" button below the message.

Just out of habit, I went in the message. Pressed (A) a couple of times and to my horror...The Pre-Order DLC Code was deleted. I haven't received an email either, unlike my email for EA Access for pre-ordering Battlefield 1.

I'd like to see about being able to view or receive this message again. I would like to have the Deluxe Final Fantasy XV content before release.

(Yes, it's been delayed a few months...but I'd rather have ducks in order before then instead of trying to fight it out a few days before game day release)

Hello PsicAng11,

I can confirm that both of Smwutches' responses are accurate. As long as you pre-order some version of Final Fantasy XV, it should qualify, regardless of standard or deluxe edition.
