I dont have access to the add-on so no, i just have access to the standard game!

I checked too on the manage game and app and check on the add on if i didnt install everything and just the base game is available there...

If the status is completed, the version you have is definitely the deluxe edition. Basically, the deluxe edition also includes the standard version of the game. It is included in the bundle that's why it might seem that you can only install the standard version. The other contents can be accessed through the game like the mounts once you progressed through the story.
