Delivery optimization doesn't seem to work at all

Discus and support Delivery optimization doesn't seem to work at all in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; its probably because of something i did before, but now i just cant get it to work at all. i tried: enabling it from services (dosvc) it is disabled...     Delivery optimization doesn't seem to work at all


    its probably because of something i did before, but now i just cant get it to work at all.
    i tried:
    enabling it from services (dosvc) it is disabled and it says access denied everytime i try to do something
    going to dosvc on regedit and changing Start DWORD to something else than 4 (pretty much re-enabling it)
    resetting windows update completely (didnt change anything)

    i also cannot download anything from xbox or microsoft store with the error 0x800700e9 I assume its because of this issue.

    all of the options for dosvc in services are greyed out, and the service is disabled so i couldnt do anything about it :/

    seems like the solution was to reset my operating system, everything seems operational again.

    Please follow the instructions given by Vivian_S on the thread below - specially the ones regarding the DODownloadMode value and the Method 3:

    See if you still cannot start/enable the Delivery optimization service and please let me know.

    i did everythingg and i still get the same error :(
    also i still cannot change anything about delivery optimization in services nor in the registry editor
