    22/11/2016 I brought her courier. When hooked up to the console, found that the disk does not work (does not read discs at all), they send me to contact tech support to repair the console,but I bought a new console and even the console was not used. (Example:
    I don't buy shoes and carry it in for repair, but a quality product). The courier who brought me the console with me to check the console did not, saying that he was just a courier. Otherwise I will go to court for moral harm me and will cause an independent
    examination.

    I asked to change me to another console or return the money. Waiting for a response for further actions
