Delisted tales of vesperia agents keep hanging up

Upon further review the tales of vesperia is delisted an agent told me there's a few options you can try since you can't get a refund since it was brought back on the xbox 360

One of the options was upgrading to the newest version

upon an hour of wasted phone calls because the agents keep hanging up on me without helping me solve this issue.

What's the point buying digital if I cant own the game down the road.

Can an Xbox support expert assist me.

you bought the game digitally on the 360, the game is not backward compatible with xbox one (reason is they released an updated version which would require purchasing)

if you have a 360 then you can just download it from your library on the 360. when you purchase a game, you purchase a licence only not the game, the game was sold on the 360 and is only playable on that platform.

Hey i see you play Tales of Vesperia, i do to. But im a little annoyed with Microsoft because when they put up the new forums they got rid of the Tales of Vesperia forums.

Like many of you have pointed out it wrapped up without any huge cliff hangers. But i think i speak for all of us when i say, We still hope the Tales Team make a Sequel on Tales of Vesperia!

Tales of Vesperia took me a long time to get into; it starts out great, but hits these lulls that ended up putting me off for long periods of time.

I'm glad I stuck it out with Tales of Vesperia, though. It ended up picking up quite a bit towards the end, even if it took me a year to get around to it!
