    Delisted backward compatible games


    Hi, I own a Xbox Series S and I would like to purchase three backwards compatible Xbox 360 games on my console: Prince of Persia (2008), Batman Arkham Origins and Jet Set Radio.

    Sadly, I have noticed that all three are no longer available for purchase, despite having been added to the list of backwards compatible titles for Xbox One in the past.

    Will they be made available again or have they been permanently removed?

    the licencing deal the publisher/devs had has expired so the games were delisted and are not backward compatible and never will be.

    It was delisted on all stores on all platforms.

    Since that game is backwards compatible, it would work, but the game was delisted a while ago so it's no longer possible to get it digitally.

    it would be great if it was backwards for xbox one [...] it would be awsome if it was backwards for xbox
    As you can see on https://www.xbox.com/xbox-one/backward-compatibility/available-games, the game IS backwards compatible.

    However, since it is delisted from the Marketplace, you can't buy it digitally anymore. You will have to have the physical disc to play it.

    I had already tried yesterday to buy Prince of Persia from that link you posted, unfortunately a white screen appears that prevents me from processing the payment.

    I also tried to buy it via other web browsers, on PC and smartphone, and I contacted Xbox support but they couldn't help me.

    As of Batman, Series S doesn't have a disc player so I can't try a retail copy.
