    I had the same problem, you need to delete the account of your xbox after that u can add the account back.
    Maybe that will also work for you.

    No. Delete your account from your Xbox then login again. This should force it to re sync if it doesn't work contact support

    if you are trying to do more then just delete your account and want help you need to say what you are trying to do

    if you want to get rid of the account delete it from your hd and its done you don't ever have to use it again

    you cannot delete it from live ever

    Then use the freed up name on the new account or use another 800 msn points on an existing account to change the nano
