Deleting unwanted games and achievements from profiles

So to start, I know you can "hide" 0% achievement games. I also know there is no current way to remove games from your achievement list. But that should most definitely be an option. Many Xbox players stretching as far back as Xbox online has came out has requested this. I've read on this for years. Seeing Xbox ambassadors say this will probably never be a change addressed. But even some of the ambassadors would like this change. I have really bad OCD as do others who play Xbox and little things like this make a difference. It's something that could be changed in the system without affecting players negatively as it would be an option. It's a real struggle to read all the forums stretching back so far without any change to this. I get I'm one person but many people would like to see this change. So I believe it should be voted on or something to be able to remove every trace of a certain game if you don't wish it to be attached to YOUR profile anymore.

Delete all your unwanted game demos/trials, unwanted profiles, etc. Then just cancel and restart the download from the beginning.

You can delete profiles that you no longer use from your console. Here’s how:

Go to Settings, and then select System.

Select Storage.

Select All Devices.

Select Gamer Profiles.

Select the gamertag that you want to delete.

Select Delete.

Select one of the following:

Select Delete Profile Only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements.

Select Delete Profile and Items to delete the profile and the associated saved games and achievements.
