Deleting unconfirmed child account

Hi, i have a problem: I have an child account and my father has an microsoft account. We cant confirm my account! It says always wrong password/email! We tried it at PC and at xbox. When i want to confirm it on the pc, the email bar is empty, but at xbox
its with wrong email in it! So i created an account with this email, but its the same!!!! I tried also with an new account, but it doesnt work too! I need help!

P.S. If you need screenshots, etc. just reply!

Parental control on Forza horizon 4 problem

If you're sure your account is not set as a Child account, I suggest deleting and redownloading your profile on your console.

Please tell me this is a sick joke

i had this same problem when questionably picking up destiny for my 360. ended up having to delete a bunch of my downloaded games and i couldnt even get them back because they were burried somewhere on one of my obsolete accounts. then the game ended up being a complete bastard child of halo and call of duty, not even worth it. I think I'll take it back for some wii game.

The best way to resolve this issue is to get in touch with the Xbox Customer Support Team. They have several tools that allow them to see which emails / account are related. If they can access your account, they will be able to see what your father's actual
email is and they will also be able to help you reset it's password.

Thank you so much for the information. This will come in very handy.

Right now my issues is we can't log into her Microsoft/gmail accounts, at all. I have tried every password, code, email I can think of, and I can't log in. We originally made her account back in 2016/17 to play Pokemon Go with the rest of the family. I can't find anywhere of who I can talk to, or message to get this old account taken down/delete.

I can't remember what it is from that time. And when I go to make her a new one, with her correct name instead of user name, it throws two into my Microsoft account under family.

I have a feeling that I'm going to just have to make her one, and make it an 18 year old account just so I can see it and be able to add to add to my home Xbox account.

And just tried to do a (what I think is a scam) $1 help advice. I shouldn't' have to pay, and the have access to my paypal/accounts.

I am at a total lost on this.

Thank you so much. I was finally able to get into the account and delete it by going through the Add Family Member and one of the prompts in that. But for sure keeping this info for future use. I think I'm just going to wind up making her a regular gmail and or Microsoft account and add to mine. Having everything set up in a childs account was just too much.
