deleting profile

If I delete my profile and redownload it, will it retain all saved game information? such as quest completed and items aquired? After the last update, it is asking me to login but will not accept info. gives me some error code not recognizing profile

Deleting downloaded profile?

I decided to dust off my 360 and I downloaded my profile awhile ago. But if I delete it and not my actual profile. All of my saves and data will still be there, right? Because from what I read. The only point of downloading your profile, is if you want to log in to a different console.

Saves should be fine, proflie can be deleted and redownloaded.

As long as you choose to delete only the profile (not profile and all items) you will still have all of your save information.

If you delete ONLY the account, you'll retain all information. Note that if you earn achievements while offline and then download the account, they will be lost.

If the profile that you deleted from your console is the one that you are posting from, you can indeed get it back. However, you will need to connect to Xbox LIVE long enough to download it. The only other option would be to download your profile to another
console and then transfer it with a USB drive. As for the game save, you can copy it or move it using another profile, making it owned by that profile. But, while you'll be able to afcess it with the new profile, you will not be able to earn achievements with
that save file any longer if you make a new profile the owner.

Delete an Xbox Live profile from Xbox 360 page so you can delete that profile!
